澄境是本機優先的桌面知識工作空間，提供筆記、白板、看板、待辦、第二大腦、AI 工具，以及使用者可自行啟用的 Google 雲端與本地備份。功能可能隨版本調整。

澄境的原始碼、應用程式與相關素材依專案的 ChengJing Free Use and No Resale License 提供。軟體的使用、修改與散布以該授權文件為準；第三方套件、模型、字型與素材仍適用各自條款。

你保有自己建立或匯入內容的權利，也必須確保有權保存、處理與備份這些內容。不得使用澄境侵害他人權利、散布惡意程式、違法存取系統或從事其他違法行為。

Google 雲端備份是選用功能。你必須主動連結 Google 帳號並授權澄境使用 drive.appdata。你可以隨時關閉備份、中斷連結，或在 Google 帳戶撤銷存取。資料處理方式請見澄境隱私權政策。

Google Drive、Google OAuth 與 Google 帳戶服務由 Google 提供，也受 Google 適用條款與政策約束。服務中斷、配額或政策變更可能影響雲端備份。

澄境會依畫面顯示的設定盡力執行備份，但網路、儲存空間、裝置休眠、帳號狀態或第三方服務都可能使備份延遲或失敗。重要資料請保留獨立本地副本，並定期確認最近完成時間。

「緊急復原前一天」只供誤刪且已同步時救援。復原會取代目前資料；澄境會先建立本機安全副本，但你仍應先確認要使用的快照與裝置。

本機 Gemma 在使用者裝置上執行；只有在你選擇 OpenRouter 時，當次指定的文字脈絡才會送到所選雲端模型。AI 內容可能不完整或不正確，重要決定仍應由你核對。外部模型與服務另受其提供者的條款與隱私政策約束。

澄境依現況提供。我們會持續改善安全性與可靠性，但不保證服務永不中斷、完全無錯或每次復原都符合預期。在法律允許的範圍內，開發者不對間接、附帶或衍生損失負責；適用法律不能排除的責任不受此限制。

我們可能因功能、法規或政策調整更新本條款，並在本頁標示生效日期。你可以隨時停止使用澄境並中斷 Google 連結。若有重大濫用、安全風險或法律要求，我們得限制相關線上功能。

ChengJing is a local-first desktop knowledge workspace offering notes, whiteboards, kanban boards, tasks, a second brain, AI tools, and optional Google cloud and local backup. Features may change between versions.

ChengJing source code, applications, and related assets are provided under the project’s ChengJing Free Use and No Resale License. Use, modification, and distribution of the software are governed by that license. Third-party packages, models, fonts, and assets remain subject to their own terms.

You retain rights in content you create or import and must have the right to store, process, and back it up. Do not use ChengJing to infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unlawful access to systems, or carry out unlawful activity.

Google cloud backup is optional. You must choose to connect a Google Account and authorize ChengJing to use drive.appdata. You may turn off backup, disconnect, or revoke access in your Google Account at any time. See the ChengJing Privacy Policy for data-handling details.

Google Drive, Google OAuth, and Google Account services are provided by Google and are also governed by Google’s applicable terms and policies. Service outages, quotas, or policy changes may affect cloud backup.

ChengJing uses reasonable efforts to back up data according to the settings shown in the app, but network conditions, storage limits, device sleep, account status, or third-party services may delay or prevent a backup. Keep an independent local copy of important data and check the latest completion time regularly.

“Emergency restore previous day” is only for recovery after an accidental deletion has already synced. Restoration replaces current data. ChengJing creates a local safety copy first, but you should still confirm the selected snapshot and device before proceeding.

Local Gemma runs on the user’s device. Only when you choose OpenRouter is the text context selected for that request sent to the chosen cloud model. AI content may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you remain responsible for checking important decisions. External models and services are subject to their providers’ terms and privacy policies.

ChengJing is provided as is. We work to improve security and reliability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every restoration will meet expectations. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains unaffected.

We may update these terms for product, legal, or policy changes and will show the effective date on this page. You may stop using ChengJing and disconnect Google at any time. We may restrict related online features in cases of serious abuse, security risk, or legal requirement.
